Homemade pizza

Black n white sesame n rosemary to the dough for some aroma. I like my crust to be thin, put in oven n bake for 10 mins at 190c, then take it out to place the toppings.

Tomato paste that I had prepare, I'm lazy therefore I use pasta sauce from jar. Add mince meet n sweet corn n black pepper to taste.

Simple ingredient that I can find from fridge.

Viola... Added an egg on top n sprinkle finely chop garlic also herbs like basil or thyme before placing into oven. Delish!! Better then any pizza u buy from any chain store outside.

Home made sun dried tomato part 2

After 2 days under the sun, they r pretty much ready but will put it under the sun one more day.

A little tip due to the humidity in Malaysia, I would suggest not to cut the tomato slices too thick about 0.5 to 0.8cm will be ideal, or else it will cover with mold when the tray is resting in the house at night on the 1st 2 days.

I just love the colour can't wait to add into pasta.
